Based on her pleasant achievements, it represents that Nooyi is a different kind of CEO. This is proven by her awareness by demanding innovation as she realize that health and green movement is also important and her belief about the people who work with her.

Communication

As stated by Nooyi, “You cannot over-invest in communication skills.” It means that rather than being innovative on a subject, you would be better in discussing it. Communication is a key skill for leadership, Nooyi had been trained in communicate to others and she improved her skill[S1] . She interprets her skill every time she makes a public appearance, meets with her C-Suite, and deals with a customer. In fact, for Nooyi, communication is vaueable that she maintains a blog at Pepsi where she talks to her employees via posts every other week (Blog Her 11 Event Interview).

 

It is insufficient to arrange advancement assignments and make courses of action to actualize them. Vital building of abilities and ability is fundamental.
