Corrective Action

  1.  After comparing process , managers can identify deviations from the previous and recent data.

  2. the deviations that previously identified by manager, can now be analyzed whether it has increased or remained flat , and if there is a problem managers need to rectify this situation by develop a program.

  3. the last step of controlling process is develop & implement a program to correct the problem.
