Setting standard
The control procedure starts when managers set goals. Company then tag the execution standard that must be met to finish these goals. Standard are a premise of examination for measuring the degree to which authoritative execution is agreeable or unacceptable.
Every year we produce a Sustainability Report , which is available to the public , including our customers and shareholders. The way we set our standard is by listening to feedback from our customers or stakeholders .we listen to customers or stakeholders by providing a phone line or email .
